Today, I’m going to talk a bit about my design technique when I’m approaching a new project. For this article I want to talk a bit about the work that went into creating this website/platform. I say, platform for all of the back-end work that this website does for us on a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) level. As well as creating a great way for us to setup some workflow management stuff that helps keep track of where each of our customer is in the process.
